By renting a scooter from Speedo Mobility you agree to the following terms.
- The rider must carry a valid driving licence (not required for low-speed models) and original ID.
- The scooter must be ridden only within Lucknow city limits unless approved in writing.
- Helmets are mandatory for rider and pillion.
- Traffic fines (challans) during the rental period are payable by the rider.
- Damage due to negligence, accidents or misuse is chargeable as per the damage schedule.
- Sub-letting the scooter to another person is not permitted.
- The security deposit is refunded within 48 hours after inspection at return.
